產品簡介：

本品是一種特種氨基改性聚硅氧烷高分子聚合物的水溶性巨乳液，可用作紡織布料手感劑、皮革光亮、居家護理等方面，具有優異性能，黃變極小，產品穩定。

Product Features:

1. It is suitable for all types of fibers, especially cotton, Tencel, PLA and their blended fabrics.

2) Fabrics treated with this product can achieve a comfortable, crisp, slip smooth hand feel and good resilience.

3) It has good stability within the pH range of 3-10 and can be used in garment washing processes and continuous dipping and rolling processes.

4. At high temperatures, it does not discolor and has good film-forming properties, especially suitable for cotton fabrics of all white or light colors and sensitive colors.

應用工藝：

六合硅油為水溶性有機硅乳液， 可直接稀釋使用。可用于浸軋工藝及成衣的水洗工藝。浸軋工藝如下：

浸軋 － 干燥 － 焙烘 連續法 (全棉布及其混紡)

六合硅油 30– 100 g

pH 5.0 ~ 7.0

Padding rate 65 ~ 85 %

Drying and baking temperature and time 100 ~ 185 ℃ x 1-3 min

Product Packaging:

1. 125-kilogram drum packaging

2, Shelf life is 180 days under closed and cool conditions.
