Hydrophilic, stiff smooth and icy-feel silicone oil MT-9110

Product Introduction:

This product is a water-soluble emulsion of amino, polyether modified polysiloxane high molecular polymer, which can be used as a fabric finishing agent, yarn smoothness, and in personal care products, with excellent performance, good water solubility, minimal yellowing, and stability.

Product Features:

1. It is suitable for all types of fibers, especially cotton, Tencel, PLA and their blended fabrics.

2) Fabrics treated with this product can achieve a stiff, rugged, smooth and cool tactile feel, as well as excellent water-repellent performance.

3) It has good stability within the pH range of 3-10 and can be used in garment washing processes and continuous dipping and rolling processes.

4. At high temperatures, it does not discolor, especially suitable for white or light-colored and sensitive-colored cotton fabrics.

Application Process:

MT-9110 is a water-soluble organosilicon emulsion that can be diluted and used directly. It can be used in the process of dipping and rolling and the water washing process of finished garments. The dipping and rolling process is as follows:

Padding - Drying - Baking - Continuous Process (Cotton Fabric and Blends)

MT-9110                      40– 100 g

pH                               5.0 ~7.0

Padding rate                           65 ~ 85 %

Drying and baking temperature and time    100 ~ 185 ℃ x 1-3 min

Product Packaging:

1. 125-kilogram drum packaging

2, Keep in a sealed, cool place for a shelf life of 180 days.
